Ingredients
White BBQ Sauce
1 1/2cupsmayonnaise
1/2cupapple cider vinegar
1tbspsugar
1tspprepared horseradish
1clovegarlicminced
2tsplemon juice
1/2tspmustard powder
1/2tspcayenne powder
1/2tspsalt
1tspfreshly ground pepper
Skewers
4boneless, skinless chicken breastsliced or cubed
12skewersif using wooded skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using
salt and pepper
Instructions
For the White BBQ Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, horseradish, garlic, lemon juice, mustard powder, cayenne powder, salt and pepper.
Let sit for at least 30 minutes before using, however this will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
For the Skewers
Slice or cube the chicken. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper
Place the chicken into a ziplock bag and add enough sauce to coat. Marinade for 30 minutes to an hour.
Thread the marinated chicken onto prepared skewers.
Place the chicken skewers onto a preheated grill, lightly basting with sauce until the chicken is cooked through.
