Turkey, Apple and Brie Snack Skewers

Delicious deli turkey, crisp gala apples and creamy brie make for an indulgent, gourmet snack. They’re what’s keeping my midday hunger pains at bay and preventing me from noshing on junk all day.

  • 2.5 oz or about 5 slices of deli turkey meat cut into 16 strips
  • 3 oz double cream Brie cheese cut into 8 cubes
  • 2 oz gala apple (about 1/2 an apple) cut into 8 cubes
  • 8 Cocktail skewers


  • Layer 2 strips of turkey one on top of the other, then roll them up.
  • Thread each skewer with 1 turkey roll, 1 apple cube and 1 brie cube.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • Serve as a snack, or as a salad topper.
