Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment and set aside.
Wash and thinly slice the apples using a sharp knife or mandoline.
Place the apple slices onto the baking sheets in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 1 hour, then flip the apples over. Feel free to sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar. Bake for another 1 to 1.5 hours.
Turn the oven off and keep the apples inside as the oven cools down for 1 hour. **This will help them get crunchy. This idea is from Sally's Baking Addiction and it works like a charm.
